SUMMARY OF FUNCTIONS:
Responsible for evaluating and analyzing the processes of different business aspects, anticipating requirements, areas for improvement and developing & implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity. Work closely with the business stakeholder to understand their problems, analyze their needs and design solutions.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Determine operational objectives by conducting analytical studies on business functions, processes and business goals.
Gather information, evaluate output and assist in the preparation of development plans.
Prepare detailed reports using analytics to support the recommendations.
Contribute in developing policies and procedures and recommend controls.
Prepare workflow charts, diagrams and presentations.
Monitor projects progress by tracking activities, resolving problems, recommending actions and preparing progress reports.
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop strong partnerships across the business to deliver complex messages and insights.
Submit weekly/ monthly reports as required by the management.
Monitor the effectiveness of implemented solutions and recommend adjustments as required.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to improve business processes and strategies.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree in any related discipline.
Preferably a holder of Master’s Degree or an advanced certificate.
1 to 2 years of experience in the same or similar position.
