Position Overview:

We are seeking a full-time careworker to provide essential support and assistance to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing personal care, administering medication, and assisting with daily tasks such as meal preparation, housekeeping, and transportation. The careworker will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and communicating with the client's family and healthcare team.


Key Responsibilities:

- Provide personal care to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming

- Administer medication according to prescribed schedules

- Assist with daily tasks such as meal preparation, housekeeping, and transportation

- Monitor and report any changes in the client's condition to the healthcare team

- Maintain accurate records of care provided and any changes in the client's condition

- Communicate effectively with the client's family and healthcare team

- Ensure the safety and well-being of the client at all times

- Follow all company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Compassionate and patient with a strong desire to help others

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

- Must be physically able to assist with personal care and perform household tasks

- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
