Office Administrator & Data Entry (Minimum 3 Years UAE Experience Required)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Office Administrator & Data Entry Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing a variety of administrative and data entry support, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office.

Responsibilities:

Data Entry: Accurately enter and update data into various computer programs and databases.

Manage office systems: Maintain filing systems (physical and digital), prepare presentations, and create professional documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Schedule appointments and manage calendars.

Provide administrative support: Greet visitors, answer phones, and perform other clerical duties as assigned.

Maintain office supplies and equipment.

Assist with travel arrangements.

Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Minimum 3 year of experience in an administrative or data entry role preferred.

Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Excellent typing skills and a strong attention to detail.

Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and work independently.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
