Job Summary:
WealthSphere Advisory, a leading wealth management firm based in Sharjah, UAE, is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our growing team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting our financial operations by conducting in-depth financial analysis, developing robust financial models, and providing strategic insights to enhance our clients' investment portfolios and financial plans.

Key Responsibilities:
Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to support investment strategies, financial planning, and business decision-making.
Data Analysis: Analyze financial data, market trends, and economic indicators to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
Reporting: Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports, forecasts, and analyses to senior management and clients.
Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts, identifying key trends and variances.
Risk Assessment: Evaluate financial risks and opportunities, recommending strategies to mitigate risks and maximize returns.
Client Support: Work closely with financial advisors and client managers to develop and implement tailored financial strategies.
Research: Conduct thorough research on market trends, investment products, and economic factors to inform business strategies and client recommendations.
Compliance: Ensure all financial activities adhere to local regulations, international standards, and company policies.
Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements in financial reporting, analysis, and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field. A professional qualification such as ACCA, CA, or CFA is highly preferred.
Experience: 2-4 years of experience in financial analysis, investment banking, or a similar role within the financial services industry.
Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and advanced Excel skills. Experience with financial software such as Bloomberg, Reuters, or similar platforms is advantageous.
Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and present complex financial data effectively.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated and capable of independent work.
