Operations Improvement Programs in the Pilot Plant The student will be involved in routine Operations activities as well as improvement programs. Office based activities include Risk Assessments, SOPs, Logsheets and Guidance documents etc. Improvement programs include Leaning out of Turnaround workflow and Upskilling of Operational personnel through Unit Operation guidance documents. Expediting materials management activities and Upskilling of Operational personnel through generation of guidance documents. Activities will require plant walkdowns to review existing workflow and data analysis to derive the optimum / more feasible solution. Office based document reviews/generation. Plant based site survey for scoping and implementation Working with shopfloor team on deriving synergistic solutions What are we looking for? Educational background – Undergraduate studying Chemical Engineering/Production Engineering who is interested in learning more about operations improvement Strong written and oral communications skills Excellent English proficiency Meticulous, organized, and dedicated What do we offer you?
