The Maintenance Technician position involves supporting all production equipment and production lines. Your responsibilities will include:


Demonstrating a solid understanding of safety practices and procedures, and maintaining a clean and safe workspace.
Assisting in maintaining and troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic equipment.
Performing repairs and maintenance tasks using basic hand tools and shop equipment.
Using technology tools to communicate with coworkers and maintain open communication.
Following quality and food safety protocols to ensure the highest standards are met.
Working collaboratively with other team members and providing training and support when needed.
Continuously improving processes and participating in company training programs.


Required Qualifications:


Good communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Google Drive, and Outlook.
Ability to manage time and workload efficiently and independently.
Highly skilled in electrical troubleshooting and logic processes.
Strong understanding of pneumatic components and circuit design.
Previous maintenance experience, preferably in a food safety certified environment.
Familiarity with using a CMMS or similar process for work orders.
Minimum of five years of Maintenance Technician experience or completion of a technical degree/certification with two years of maintenance experience.


Physical Demands and Work Environment:


Shifts may involve working in refrigerated production rooms with temperatures below 50°F.
Some overtime may be required.
Ability to safely lift objects weighing more than 50 lbs on occasion.
