Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and creative Photoshop Designer & Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, excellent Photoshop skills, and the ability to create visually compelling graphics for both digital and print media. This role involves working closely with the marketing team, content creators, and other stakeholders to produce high-quality visual content that aligns with our brand identity and marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Graphic Design:
• Develop and design creative concepts, graphics, and layouts for various digital and print projects, including social media posts, website graphics, banners, brochures, advertisements, and more.
• Ensure all designs are consistent with the company’s branding and visual identity guidelines.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to produce engaging visual content for campaigns, promotions, and product launches********Photoshop Expertise:
• Utilize advanced Photoshop skills to edit, retouch, and manipulate images to achieve desired results.
• Create composite images, remove backgrounds, and perform color correction to enhance the quality of photos and graphics.
• Design and implement special effects, filters, and other enhancements to meet project requirements********Collaborative Work:
• Work closely with content creators, photographers, and other designers to ensure a cohesive visual presentation.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to marketing campaigns and projects.
• Assist in creating mockups, prototypes, and design presentations for client or internal review********Project Management:
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deadlines.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continually improve design skills and processes********File Management:
• Organize and maintain a library of design assets, including images, fonts, and templates.
• Prepare final designs for production, ensuring that all files are properly formatted for printing or digital distribution.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Photoshop Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in Photoshop and graphic design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to take creative direction and incorporate feedback into design revisions.
• Knowledge of web design, UI/UX principles, and video editing is a plus.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent work experience will be considered.

Experience:

• 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong focus on Photoshop.
