Partner with the best The Lab Supervisor is responsible for the resolution of post-sales technical customer issues. This includes level 1, 2, and 3 technical support. The Technical Support Engineer must have strong technical skills and be able to communicate effectively with customers. They must also be able to work independently and as part of a team. As a Lab Supervisor, you will be responsible for: Resolving post-sales technical customer issues. Communicating with customers to understand the issue and provide a solution. Escalating issues to the appropriate level of support as needed. Documenting all customer interactions. Staying up-to-date on the latest technical information. Working independently and as part of a team. Meeting all deadlines and goals. Developing a year plan for its own department and is involved in discussions with other functions and teams about improvement in processes, procedures, and ways of working. Presenting to senior leaders in specific technical space and on cross-functional teams on how technologies interconnect and contribute to the overall strategy. Handling latitude in project techniques, choosing the right approaches, and having the technical know-how. Handling diverse clients in a region and following frameworks to get through the processes. Managing negotiations with client-specific conditions. Fuel your passion To be successful in this role. you will: Have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Services) Have at least 3 additional years of relevant work experience with significant experience in technical Support/post-sales support/ project management Have good experience in the Oil Gas industry with offshore experience Have solid oral and written communication skills Be able to influence others and lead small teams Be able to lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact. Have Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously Have effective problem-identification and solution skills.
