**Position Overview:**
The Marketing Executive at AVIBES Fitness Hub will focus on promoting the brand, driving member engagement, and increasing overall visibility in the market. You will be responsible for creating and executing marketing strategies that attract new members and encourage existing members to renew their memberships.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to attract new members and increase membership renewals.
- Collaborate with the sales team to support promotional events, seasonal campaigns, and community outreach programs.
- Manage AVIBES' social media accounts, creating engaging content to grow followers and promote upcoming classes, events, and promotions.
- Track and analyze marketing performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to meet targets.
- Coordinate with designers to create marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, social media posts, and newsletters.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to ensure AVIBES stays ahead in the market.
- Work closely with the management team to align marketing initiatives with business goals.

**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the fitness or wellness industry.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and campaigns.
- Knowledge of social media platforms, analytics tools, and SEO best practices.
- Creative thinker with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Passion for health, fitness, and community engagement.
