Job Requirements
● Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or related field.
● Minimum of 2-4 years of successful spare parts sales experience.
● In-depth knowledge of the automotive industry and spare parts market.
● Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
● Strong customer service orientation.
● Proficiency in using sales CRM and other relevant software.
