Previous experience 2 to 5 years experience in similar role (Preferably candidates who have worked in *McDonalds, Burger King, Pizza Hut or Chilies, Fuddruckers, Starbucks etc). We prefer candidates who have a proven track record of success in their previous roles.
Excellent Knowledge of English and additional foreign languages (would be an advantage)
Great hosting skills and service skills ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience, creating lasting memories and building relationships
Can bring our restaurant concepts to life by using your personal flair and style when interacting with our guests
Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately take and relay orders, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and ensure that guests receive their orders correctly
Good customer service, excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to upsell and cross-sell
Works well as part of a team and on individual tasks
Physical Stamina: Capability to stand and move around for extended periods, lift and carry trays, and handle the physical demands of the job.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work in shifts
Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality/Tourism
Age between 21 to 27
