Are you a skilled typist with a keen eye for detail and a passion for accuracy? We're seeking a typist to join our team and assist in transcribing and inputting various documents and data. The role will be responsible for all online applications in the labor, immigration and other related departments.

Job Responsibilities:
• Type Medical application form in EHS System
• Types visa and other immigration applications in English/Arabic into the online government immigration systems.
• Prepares letters or other requested correspondence documents in Arabic.
• Arrange for translation of documents into Arabic from the legal translation.
• Maintains an electronic log and database of processed visas, passport, Emirates ID’s, insurance cards

Requirements:
• At least 2 years typist work experience in UAE
• Degree certificate or High School certificate
• Excellent typing speed
• Able to read and write Arabic language
• Good knowledge of UAE Labor Law, Tasheel, Immigration System, Emirates ID and Medical System
• Comfortable to work in dynamic environment
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and achieve targets
