Looking for a Technical Architect for a leading Fit-Out company
Role functions:
• Develop schematic drawings and design
• Prepare shop drawings
• Monitor the timescale
• Develop general technical requirements for material and equipment performances used for airports, and support The Client Projects and Technical Affairs for approval of equipment, materials, and suppliers.
• Proficiency in 2D/3D software, such as REVIT, Autocad, SketchUp, and InDesign.
• Prepare and Reviewing the scope of work for all engineering RFPs, and technical support during the tendering stage.
· Support for preparation and evaluation of all RFPs and proposals.
Key requirements:
• Must have a minimum of 5 years Fit-Out experience
• Degree in Architecture or related field
• Previous Gulf experience would be beneficial
• Must be based in Abu Dhabi.
• Must be able to start as soon as possible.
