As a Sales & Business Development Agent, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our mobile app and its associated deals to potential customers over the phone. You will engage with prospects, understand their needs, and effectively communicate the value proposition of our app, aiming to secure new users and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or generated lists.
Introduce and demonstrate the features and benefits of our mobile app.
Effectively articulate our app's value proposition to potential users.
Handle objections and concerns raised by prospects to close sales.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the sales manager.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales team to optimize sales strategies and improve conversion rates.
Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed sales pitches.
Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams based on customer insights and market feedback.
Requirements:

Proven experience in telesales or direct sales, preferably in the technology or mobile app industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to effectively engage with prospects over the phone and build rapport.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes.
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Adaptability and willingness to learn about new products and technologies.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in sales or marketing is a plus.
Only candidates with prior experience working in the UAE, specifically in telesales, will be considered.
