Partner with the best As a Lead Services Specialist, you must have the ability to lead the resolution of issues through immediate action. You will be resolving customer issues, conduct technical training, and supporting NPI and customer Field Service visits. As a Lead Services Specialist, you will be responsible for: Possessing knowledge of Radiography, the associated configurations, installations, repairs, troubleshooting, and applications, and/or follow established escalation paths to support appropriately. Handling technical queries from assigned customers and be knowledgeable and sensitive to business, social and cultural issues significant to the customers. Facilitating and motivating other teams to support the resolution process and use own leadership skills to get their buy-in and engagement. Keeping the local commercial sales representative or channel partner copied regarding customer issues and their resolution. Attending and participating in and complete field interventions as required to support remote service cases or field service needs. Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited academic institution. Have fluency in English and Chinese language skills with the ability to discuss technical matters is required. Have extensive experience performing remote service or field service on Phoenix and/or Siefert radiography products. Have good interpersonal skills, team oriented with willingness to work remotely in a global team. Have the ability to work with changing priorities throughout the day as new customer issues and needs arise.
