(In specific to Middle East Countries).Processing of End of Service Benefits ( EOSB) , Leave Pay in advance , Overtime Calculation and Salary adjustments.Processing Employee’s Advance /Loan requests and system update for payroll deductions.Reconciliations [ employees advance account , Annual leave ], Responds to queries from employees regarding vacation leave, overtime, and other payroll related matters.Calculation of accruals [ Gratuity Annual Leave]Pension remittance for GCC nationals and update system records.Employees Oracle Time Data analysis related to Annual Leave, Sick Leave and Other paid leave.Work closely with HR Dept / Shared Services for employee changes and other updates.Assisting with post payroll transfer queries and other ad-hoc duties as required .
