Assisting the team.

Provide administrative assistance to various departments within the company, including data entry, file management, and document preparation.

Communicate verbally and in writing to respond to inquiries and provide information.

Prepare documents for distribution to internal and external departments as per department requirements.

Perform additional assignments and responsibilities as assumed or requested by the management.

Requirement


Minimum of 6months to 1 year of experience in administration, project coordination role or any similar field.

Familiarity with basic computer knowledge, Microsoft Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint.

Must have good English communication skills.

High School/ bachelor’s degree

Working hours


Monday till Friday

9:00 AM till 6:00 PM
