Ensures that BHGE maximizes its short and long term revenue, profit and cash collection opportunity. Through enabling flawless execution, on time delivery, contract adherence and cash collection for the assigned jobs As the Sr. Service Delivery Manager Collaborate with Sales/Commercial teams as direct interaction with customers for assigned area / portfolio’s to understand the activity forecast and required executions. Working with several functions to ensure the proper execution of the assigned contracts. Assigning appropriate resources in line with volume and complexity of forecasted activity to ensure flawless execution. Developing Quality plans in line with Baker Hughes job cycle process. Collaborating with sales teams and customers for assigned area to understand the activity volume and complexity forecast. Managing the budget and P/L for the area of responsibility. Developing the team in line with competency and training programs for their respective positions. Educating the team on ownership of their contracts for the assigned job portfolio. Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Be able to demonstrate extensive experience in a similar level role. Have 5+ years of experience in Wellheads, Surface Pressure Control or similar and a Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline Have prior experience in roles such as: field/remote engineer, applications engineer or service delivery coordinator Have prior experience in dealing with MENATI customers. Have experience in managing PLs Have an understanding of how to deliver complex and technical messages to market Have excellent analytics and problem-solving skills, including ability to form hypotheses and move forward in the absence of complete information Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and experience of leading both direct and indirect reports Work in a way that works for you We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
