Job Summary:
The Adhesive Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing marketing strategies for adhesive products. This role involves conducting market research, identifying new opportunities, managing product launches, and driving campaigns to increase brand awareness and product adoption. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of adhesive products across various industries and have a proven track record in B2B marketing.

Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to promote adhesive products, ensuring alignment with company goals and market trends.
Market Research: Conduct competitive analysis, identify market trends, and gather customer insights to inform product positioning and strategy.
Product Launches: Plan and execute successful product launches, including the development of marketing materials, training sales teams, and coordinating cross-functional activities.
Campaign Management: Create and manage targeted marketing campaigns across digital, print, and trade show platforms to drive awareness and sales of adhesive products.
Content Development: Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling content, including brochures, white papers, case studies, and online materials that highlight product benefits and applications.
Brand Management: Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels for adhesive products.
Sales Support: Work closely with the sales team to develop sales tools, presentations, and promotional materials to support their efforts in selling adhesive products.

Qualifications:
