The ideal candidate will be able to create and maintain an efficient operation system to support the business needs. The candidate should be comfortable multitasking and working cross-functionally with different business units. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in related fields. 
 
AURA Project Manager Responsibilities:
* Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day wellness operations.
* Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage staff.
* Guest Experience: Ensure exceptional service and satisfaction.
* Financial Management: Budgeting, revenue optimisation, and cost control. Manage budget to align with the goals of the business
* Marketing and Outreach: Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the centre’s services, develop promotional materials, and drive client engagement through various channels.

Qualifications
* 3/5+ years of experience in a similar role
* Passion for Wellness: A genuine interest in health and wellness, committed to fostering a positive environment for clients and staff.
* Speak and write in perfect English.
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Strong ability to multitask
* Comfort working with multiple groups within the business
