You will take ownership for ensuring a cost effective and efficient manner without harm to people or environment. Your role is specifically focused on Completions Well Intervention within our Oilfield Services Equipment team. As a ARMO Manager (CWI) - ANP, you will be responsible for: Ensuring the utmost importance to a positive safety culture of team is embraced and lived every day. Ensuring production schedule and job planning process is in place and being executed across Australia, New Zealand, and Papua New Guinea. Ensuring full compliance with policy and procedure. Managing and planning the ‘asset redress cycle’ pro-actively. Fostering a positive work environment embracing Diversity and Inclusion of all team members. Liaising with Warehousing Yard and logistics personnel as needed to ensure on time delivery. Fuel your passion. To be successful in this role you will: Have Technical diploma and at least 7 years maintenance related experience in electro-mechanical function in Completions Wellbore Intervention business. Have minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Assembly, Repair, Maintenance Overhaul for Liner, Completion and Wellbore Intervention Tools Have assembly, maintenance overhaul process knowledge and skills. Have great attitude, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Have current or previous experience in team management / supervisory roles. Have good oral and written communication skills. Have experience in SAP. Have ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
