Key Responsibilities:
Sales:
• Identify and target potential clients to generate new business.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives.
Marketing:
• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns.
• Create and manage content for social media platforms, website, and email newsletters.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies to increase brand awareness.
• Analyze marketing data and provide insights to improve campaigns.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in sales and marketing roles.
• Experience working in a security company.
• Fluent in English. Arabic is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and CRM software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High level of self-motivation and a results-driven approach.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is preferred.

How does it work:
You will be given official company email. Your task is to generate leads and find projects. Our Engineer can support you in pricing and presenting the project. Once the project is awarded then your 5% commission is locked for you and you will be paid once the first payment is received from the client. An official agreement will be signed between us and you to guarantee your rights.
