Job Summary:
The Adhesive Marketing sale representative is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing marketing strategies for adhesive products. This role involves conducting market research, identifying new opportunities, managing product launches, and driving campaigns to increase brand awareness and product adoption. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of adhesive products across various industries and have a proven track record in B2B marketing.

Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to promote adhesive products, ensuring alignment with company goals and market trends.
Market Research: Conduct competitive analysis, identify market trends, and gather customer insights to inform product positioning and strategy.
Product Launches: Plan and execute successful product launches, including the development of marketing materials, training sales teams, and coordinating cross-functional activities.

Requirements:

Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Familiarity with CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships
Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is a plus
