Partner with the best Responsible for facilitating training, guidance and assessments of warehouse and yard activities in North America for indirectly managed sites. Includes activities such as report generation and analysis, managing processes, developing and administering training resources and site assessments. Suggests improvements in processes and procedures as well as the distribution and consolidation of best practices among the locations. Directly works with assigned locations to assess process and training gaps an proposes opportunities to gain efficiencies. Responsible for the monitoring of warehouse and yard activities in accordance to BKR policies, procedures and compliance requirements. As a NAR WHY Team Lead you will be responsible for: Execution of movement of inventory and assets at the directly managed locations for shipping, receiving, storage and picking activities. Responsible for the inventory verification process and accuracy results, including corrective action plans as required. Identifies efficiency and productivity gains through cross-product line synergies. Engages and strategizes with local leaders to execute service level agreements. Primary point of contact for the location and local leaders. Prioritizes daily activities of the team to ensure production and delivery requirements are met Communicates challenges and aids in the development of corrective action plans. Leads the HSE culture and 6S implementation/sustainability in the location.
