Position Overview
As a Barista, you will play a key role in enhancing our guests' dining experience by crafting high-quality coffee and espresso drinks. You will also be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of mocktails, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, providing excellent customer service, and collaborating with our kitchen staff to ensure a seamless operation.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and espresso beverages.
- Create and serve a variety of mocktails, including classic and signature drinks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station, bar, and dining area.
- Assist in managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient service and guest satisfaction.
- Stay knowledgeable about our menu and promote daily specials.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation and espresso techniques.
- Proficiency in preparing and serving mocktails, including classic and signature drinks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- A passion for Italian cuisine and culture is a plus!
