We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Construction Worker to join our team at TCI HR Consultancy. As a Construction Worker, you will play a crucial role in various construction projects, contributing to the successful completion of residential, commercial, or industrial structures. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction work, strong physical stamina, and a commitment to safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Site Preparation: Assist in the preparation and setup of construction sites, including the unloading of materials, setting up equipment, and ensuring that the site is clean and safe.
Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport materials to and from the construction site. This may involve lifting heavy items and operating machinery.
Construction Tasks: Perform various construction tasks such as digging, mixing cement, laying foundations, framing, and installing fixtures. Follow blueprints and building plans to meet project specifications.
Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain construction equipment such as excavators, forklifts, and power tools in a safe and effective manner.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Report any safety hazards or incidents to the site supervisor.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other construction workers, subcontractors, and supervisors to ensure that all aspects of the project are completed efficiently and according to schedule.
Quality Control: Inspect work to ensure that it meets quality standards and follows project specifications. Make adjustments as necessary to achieve the desired outcome.
Cleanup: Perform post-construction cleanup tasks, including the removal of debris and the proper disposal of materials.
Qualifications:
Experience: Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not always required. On-the-job training may be provided.
Skills: Basic knowledge of construction techniques and tools. Ability to follow instructions and read blueprints.
Physical Fitness: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects, standing for long periods, and working in various weather conditions.
Safety Awareness: Understanding of safety practices and regulations related to construction work.
Communication: Good communication skills to interact effectively with team members and supervisors.

Working Conditions:
Hours: Monday to Saturday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM]
