Marsielle, is seeking a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee beverages to our customers in alignment with our French-inspired ambiance. You will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and providing exceptional customer service.

**Responsibilities:**
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, and French press.
- Ensure consistent quality in all beverages following company recipes and standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including coffee preparation and service areas.
- Monitor and manage inventory of coffee beans, syrups, and other ingredients to ensure availability.
- Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment with precision and care.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines while handling food and beverages.
- Collaborate with team members to uphold the café's standards and reputation.
- Stay updated on coffee trends and techniques to enhance the customer experience.

**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience as a Barista in a café or coffee shop setting.
- Proficiency in preparing a variety of coffee beverages and espresso-based drinks.
- Knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, and latte art.
- Strong customer service skills with a passion for creating memorable experiences.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks with efficiency.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
