Youwill work across many teams and high-level managers in the organization to design, lead, manage, maintain, track, deploy, implement, troubleshoot, and support the workforce environment. You will provide on-site support as necessary to ensure all network capabilities are available.Job Responsibilities:Analyze, administer,and maintainvoice, video, and/or data communications networks.Managethe usage and performance of voice, video, and/or data communications networks.Maintainnetwork security and ensurecompliance with security policies and procedures.Evaluate hardware and software, including peripheral, output, and related equipment.Participatein the development and implementation of network-related procedures and standards.Participatein and may lead aspects of major network installations and upgrades.Interfacewith vendors to ensure appropriate resolution during network outages or periods of reduced performance.Developand implementtesting strategies and documentresults.Provideadvice and training to end-users.Troubleshootand resolves complex problems.Provide local on-call/call-back touch labor support.Managethe network components of a global information system.Patch/upgradefirmware, change components,and maintainthe network.Configureswitches, routers, and crypto devices.Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
