In this role, you will perform human resource administrative duties to support the Outdoors Supply Chain HR Operations Team, while also engaging in support activities across the business. We are a fast-paced company, you may be pulled in a variety of different directions with tasks added or changed.Provide excellent customer service to our associates by answering questions regarding our programs policiesSupport candidate/associate lifecycle transactions through various systems – starting with recruitment administration in an Applicant Tracking System to onboarding and processing associate data changes in a HR Information System. These transactions include routing positions and offers, coordinating new hire tasks, conducting orientations, processing role changes, etc.Identify areas of process improvement throughout the onboarding process and work with the team to implement solutionsAssist in coming up with creative ideas and organizing onsite associate engagement activitiesFacilitate and be a part of a team that leads the process around daily HR Huddle meetings, leveraging presentation and organization skillsProcess associate changes – including hires, changes, and terminations – in our HRIS accurately and timelyProvide support in applying policies and processing requests related to HR programsMaintain up-to-date records and metrics for use inside outside the HR team – including organizational charts, personnel files, employment verifications, etc.Research relevant topics to support key projects and synthesize findings, prepare presentations, and make recommendations based on those findings.Assist with organizational communications such as company news and events via associate emails and bulletin boards
