Partner with the best As a Digital Senior Sales Manager, you'll be involved in planning and developing the overall sales strategy of your team. As a Digital Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for: Promoting the value proposition of Corva to customers and internal stakeholders. Working in close collaboration with OFSED Digital Segment teams and Product Owners to align strategies, value delivery, and priorities. Working in close collaboration with the Regional Product Line Sales team and/or Key Accounts team, as applicable. Developing commercial opportunities, creating proposals, and submitting bids, as well as assessing, highlighting, mitigating, and gaining approval for commercial risks. Adhering to Baker Hughes commercial policy and procedures including commercial pricing, commercial risk, and other commercial TCs Organizing and/or coordinating technical demonstrations on the full range of OFSE Digital applications and digital offerings, showing value to the customer Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Have at least a bachelor’s level from an accredited university or equivalent Have at least 5 years’ experience in digital sales or business development role (Software) Have good experience in well construction. Have working experience with a software company, an Oilfield Services Company, or an Oil Gas Operator Have leading initiatives and projects of moderate scope and impact. Have collaborating across multi-functional teams in different regions. Be willing and able to travel within China (at a minimum of 25%). Have good command in English language.
