Responsibilities and Duties: - Design, write, and execute comprehensive software testing plans and test cases, ensuring coverage of functionality, performance, security, and other aspects. - Identify, document, and track defects, collaborating with the development team to resolve issues promptly and ensure timely fixes and releases. - Participate in requirements reviews and product design processes, providing constructive suggestions to improve product quality. - Develop automated test scripts and tools to enhance testing efficiency and accuracy. Implement continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) processes to ensure continuous quality control throughout the software development lifecycle. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, product, and operations teams, to ensure consistent product quality and user experience. Qualifications and Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field preferred. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in software quality assurance (QA), including at least 2 years of experience in automated testing. - Proficiency in testing methodologies and processes, and familiarity with various software testing tools. - Programming and scripting experience, familiar with at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, etc.). - Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) processes, with relevant experience being a plus. - Excellent problem-solving and teamwork skills, capable of working independently on complex projects and collaborating across teams. - Strong sense of responsibility for software quality and a keen eye for detail.
