Position Summary This position is within Acadia. Acadia is wholly owned by LSEG (London Stock Exchange Group) and is part of its Post Trade division. The Lead Developer Advocate plays a pivotal role in bridging the gap between technology and business, ensuring that software solutions are tailored to meet the specific needs of the organization. With a deep understanding of software development lifecycles and business requirements, the Lead Developer Advocate spearheads the design, production, and guidance of software solutions that drive efficiency, innovation, and business growth. Role Responsibilities Technical Expertise: Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of LSEG's technologies and their alignment with various business segments. Application Development: Develop tools and applications using clean, efficient code. Review and suggest improvements to others' code. Workload Management: Manage assigned tasks with minimal guidance, promoting an inclusive and collaborative work environment. Knowledge Enhancement: Continuously expand expertise in software development and related domains, fostering alignment and understanding of linkages and dependencies. User Experience Design: Lead the design and planning of user journeys, ensuring seamless and intuitive interactions with software solutions. Strategic Alignment: Comprehend LSEG's strategy and culture, adapting work processes accordingly to achieve organizational goals. Task Completion: Deliver assigned tasks within established timelines, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills. Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with colleagues, fostering collaboration and teamwork. Effective Communication: Communicate clearly, concisely, and accurately, ensuring timely information dissemination.
