Descripción del cargo: Major Job Functions Data collecting and field research to support report writing within Finning and Caterpillar Assist the analysis of components' performance: life, durability/reliability, history Assist the analysis and report equipment performance in terms of availability and other specific KPI’s Assist in the download of electronic information, supporting analysis dealing with contamination control/fluid Assist in the gathering and updating of component database Role deals with basic data interpretation and analysis technical support and guidance from Reliability and Senior Reliability Engineer. Assist with the tracking of all service letters and updates for equipment on site Assist with data collection and reporting on component performance Assist with data collection of key performance indicators for fleet performance Attend and report on daily shop meetings Work with Reliability Engineer to help monitoring and developing trend information on payload management practices Support periodical (monthly, quarterly, or as required) fleet reports on various technical and operational indicators Role deals with basic data interpretation and analysis technical support and guidance from Reliability and Senior Reliability Engineer. Support and work closely with Reliability Engineer and technical services team to supply data for CI projects Team working abilities to develop effective collaboration with peers and consistency across all sites Support and interact with customer network with aid of Customer Service Manager Gather and supply data for Reliability Engineer to coordinate process improvement Gather and supply data to Reliability Engineer and Reliability Manager helping to coordination and support for Caterpillar requests, test equipment and product improvement initiatives Accountability Observe site and personal safety procedures Successful completion of all studies assigned to support role Act timely and diligently on Reliability Engineer request Represent the company in a professional and ethical manner Education Experience Enrolled in Bachelor of Science in Engineering – Mechanical/Mining Eligible to returning to studies at end of work term Basic understanding CAT mining equipment, including Large Mining Machine Mechanical aptitudes, including basic understanding of Mining Machine components (diesel engines, hydraulic systems, powertrain, pumps, cylinders, structures etc.) Understanding of MS Office packages En Finning nos comprometemos con la diversidad, para desarrollar y mantener una fuerza laboral variada e inclusiva y como un empleador que ofrece igualdad de oportunidades fomentamos la postulación de todas las personas calificadas.
