The Regional Talent Manager is responsible for the talent management strategy, program delivery and business support to maximize the potential of employees in the region and the achievement of business goals. Duties and Responsibilities:Execute on the global talent management strategy and programs in the region - Strategically align regional talent management programs with the business goals and needs, and employees’ personal goals and growth, in support of our EVPDevelop strategic partnerships and engage with leaders to understand business priorities and needs.Identify new opportunities where talent management can add value and maintain leading-edge knowledge of talent strategic issues.Provide guidance and input on strategic workforce planning and organisation structures.Design and apply change management and organizational development strategies, influence and manage organizational change initiatives in support of business strategies.Effectively drive performance management actions to create a high-performance culture.Lead the talent review program to assess talent pipeline, work with leaders to understand future talent needs, and plans to develop talent strategy. Support leaders to identify retention risks and create retention strategies.Facilitate feedback and assimilation processes. Support future actions to address gaps and future organizational needs.Identify opportunities to enhance employee experience and e Proactively use survey and feedback mechanisms to drive improvements.Support Cielo’s learning culture by identifying development needs for employees in collaboration with the LD team. Participate in and support LD activity.Provide ongoing coaching to managers to help them grow and develop talent, manage performance and build high-performing teams.Support our DEI journey globally. Drive discussion and activity in the region to achieve our DEI vision and commitments.Analyze trends and metrics to develop or adapt solutions, programs and policies particularly relating to diversity, engagement, internal promotion and exits.Monitor business decisions on people and advise senior leadership relating to Cielo's people culture and any potential impact.Advise and resolve complex employee relations issues and interventions to lead to the most effective low risk solution.Actively support the principle of a positive, ethical and effective work environment. Address any gaps or potential risks proactively.Oversee or support reward, recognition and benefit practices in the region (regional dependent). Monitor application of processes internally and benchmark against external norms and trends.Ensure that People Culture support is provided as appropriate to management and employees.Implement or adapt policies to ensure the business is compliant and policies are fit for purpose - Provide data and analysis to the business leadership, share insights and recommendations to address gaps.Actively support and drive internal communications programs and activity - Work with the internal Talent Acquisition team on business resourcing needs.Participate as an active member of the Talent Management Leadership team.Lead the local talent team (regional scale dependent). Provide strategic leadership, development, mentoring and coaching to direct reports and less experience PC colleagues.Lead and manage change programs, ensuring goals are met with minimal negative impact .Work closely with LD and talent support teams for collaboration, awareness and decision making - Carry out any other duties as assigned.
