Job Description About the Position We have an excellent opportunity available for a Food Service Key Accounts Manager to make a difference at Kraft Heinz Turkey. You’ll be working in a high performing team, to grow Kraft Heinz business in Quick Serve Restaurants (QSR). You’ll be reporting into Head of QSR Turkey. Get ready for a lot of exposure to internal senior stakeholders, driving the Key Account plans and utilize your analytical and problem-solving skills to implement the division and channel strategy. The development and growth of Kraft Heinz QSR solutions in Turkey will be your primary responsibility. In brief, you will be responsible for: The Customer relationship, executing the sales plan for each account to deliver the targeted results (sales volume and revenue; profit; distribution; customer satisfaction) Review weekly/monthly customer performance and highlight opportunities and risks Lead the portfolio expansion strategy and manage new product launches Support all market activation plans to maximize brand performance within the QSR Channel. Identify market potential to establish New Accounts in the QSR channel and build a new customer pipeline Closely monitor and follow-up on all customer invoices (activity, price-discount-quantity differences) What you bring: Bachelor or Master’s Degree from a reputable university; 3 - 5 years of experience in Key Accounts Out Of Home experience is preferable Track record in delivering targets Ability to motivate and develop people A strong command over English with an ability to understand and communicate clearly and effectively What we offer you: A fast career track like only few other companies can match.
