Baker Hughes is seeking a AERO Repair Leader Partner with the best Key connection between BH IET Services Americas and the Aero JV shops to manage repairs related to regional customer activities As an Aero Repair Leader, you will be responsible for: Organizing and executing of a service project, including scope, time, contract (if not covered by a dedicated Contract Manager) cost quality management Managing project methodologies and standards including scheduling and control , to fulfill a customer order or need according to financial/commercial parameters and ensuring customer satisfaction. Presenting projects plans, technical roadmaps, risks and recommendations to senior business leaders (EB and SEB) within technical space and occasionally to senior leaders in partner technical teams. Handling complex medium term project processes. Department has to define approaches. Variety due to customization to client needs. Handling important business unit clients. Complex processes requiring involvement of many stakeholders both at the client side Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Bachelor's degree 5 years of experience in Services Project Management. Experience in aero derivative gas turbine repairs and associated processes and applications Ability to lead programs / projects Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills.
