Fuel your passion The Sales Manager is a customer facing role responsible for winning business. You will develop notions on midterm developments for your own department and elaborates suggestions for strategic plan of the larger unit. As a Bently Nevada Sales Manager, you will be responsible for: Selling software, product(s), services, parts, solutions, or projects, within a specified geographic area Handling products and systems requiring thorough technical knowledge and knowledge of the environment where the products and systems will be used. Managing complex sales processes requiring involvement stakeholders from client and internally. Creating a proposal which includes Technical, economical, logistical and financial aspects. Working closely with Channel partners/distributors and diversify clients in a region, supporting diverse clients in a region. Leading a department with medium-sized estimated orders and focusing on small-medium size local territory. Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Have minimum 5 years of technical and/or sales experience in conditional monitoring/instrumentation/mechanical products. Have an in country sales experience in managing distributor/channel partners. Have demonstrate successful experience in B2B Sales - Industrial. Be able to travel domestically to customer sites or offices around 50% of the time Possess excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia Have customer-focused mindset and have a structured, efficient approach to responding to customer needs Work in a way that works for you We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
