The Business Development Manager will be responsible to acquire potential sellers (R1) in Jawa Timur and Sulawesi to support supply for the sales team. A Business Development Manager must have strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and trust with reputable sellers.To be able to create effective supply for the sales team, Business Development Manager must gain capability of sales strategy and territory mapping on his designated territory. This job is suitable for you who are motivated and results-driven, and enjoy working in a team environment.

Responsibilities:
1. Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and seller acquisition that align with business’ goals
2. Build strong business relationship with seller and distributor on each regions
3. Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
4. Have deep analytical thinking to understand data and create strategy based on the data
5. Prepare partnership contracts ensuring align with seller and organization’s interest
6. Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
7. Maintain good communication and analysis with internal and external stakeholders
8. Develop team member capability of Business Development Officer (BDO) and Business Development Leader
(BDL) through coaching and development program
9. Analyse and review seller performance and able to provide constructive feedback
