Job Summary: As a Tele Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating sales through outbound calls and managing customer relationships. Your primary goal will be to drive sales, build customer rapport, and contribute to the overall success of our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Sales Calls: Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell our products/services.
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through research and follow-up.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Sales Pitch: Develop and deliver persuasive sales pitches to effectively communicate the benefits of our products/services.
Follow-Up: Follow up on leads and previous calls to close sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.
Product Knowledge: Stay informed about product features, industry trends, and competitive landscape to provide knowledgeable responses to customer inquiries.
Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the company.
Feedback: Provide feedback on customer experiences and market trends to help improve our offerings and strategies.
Requirements:
Experience: Previous experience in tele sales or a similar role is preferred but not required. Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a confident and persuasive phone manner.
Customer-Oriented: Strong ability to understand and address customer needs and concerns effectively.
Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated in a high-paced environment.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with team members and other departments.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer applications.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications in sales or marketing are a plus.
