Administrative Support:
Assist sales team members with day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, preparing sales documents, and maintaining sales records.
Handle incoming calls and emails, responding promptly to customer inquiries and directing them to the appropriate sales representative.
Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for sales staff as needed.
Order Processing and Follow-Up:
Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Follow up with customers to confirm order details, provide order status updates, and address any concerns or issues.
Work closely with the operations and logistics teams to coordinate shipments and resolve any delivery discrepancies.
Sales Support:
Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales materials and promotional campaigns.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential sales opportunities and support sales strategies.
Customer Relationship Management:
Maintain customer databases and update customer profiles with relevant information.
Assist in managing customer accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of interactions and transactions.
Proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback, address concerns, and nurture relationships.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Liaise with other departments such as finance, operations, and customer service to coordinate activities and resolve issues.
Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on sales objectives and priorities.
