Plan and manage the maintenance capital and operating budget. Lead the mechanical section in carrying out engineering study toward energy saving measures. Implementation of Mechanical improvement projects through planning, contract procurement and execution for the replacement or upgrading of Mechanical services infrastructure in a safe, timely and cost-effective way. Manage and administrate the mechanical services maintenance and upgrading contracts. Review the consultant technical specifications and drawings to meet the project objectives and goal. Provide technical support to development project and Repair Redecoration projects. Requirements: Degree in Building services, Mechanical Engineering or Building Facilities Management At least 10 years work experience in Building services maintenance, ME consultancy or relevant experience in construction industry. Good Knowledge in Building services design, installation and maintenance.
