The School of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering (MAE) is one of the top 11 mechanical and aerospace engineering schools in the world. Smart Airport and Aviation Management Candidate Profile: Possess relevant Bachelor's and PhD degrees in a closely related field of Aviation/Computational Sciences from reputable universities. A good research track record, and postdoctoral experience of at least six months in the field of Airport Operations and Aviation/Air Traffic Management would be desirable. Demonstrates relevant research work and publications applied to Airport Operations and Air Traffic Management with emphasis on emerging technologies, which would be advantageous. Demonstrated experience in teaching undergraduate/graduate courses related to the field of Aviation/Data Science. Has shown capability to develop, conduct, and manage research programs and workshops related to the field of Airport Operations and Aviation/Air Traffic Management. Preferably involved or have experience in the organization of international/national events/conferences related to Airports, Aviation, and Air Traffic Management. Successful candidates are expected to teach at both undergraduate and graduate levels, supervise graduate students and undergraduate projects. Candidates on tenure-track would also be expected to acquire research funding and conduct research.
