Als Medewerker Testlab werk je samen met de Lab Engineer aan het uitvoeren van testwerk voor het analyseren en in kaart brengen van materiaal- en procesgerelateerde gegevens. Je voert testen uit volgens een vooraf afgesproken testprogramma en bijpassende procedures. Je werkt met ruwe materialen en bent dus niet bang om soms vuile handen te krijgen. Verder toets en controleer je het testplan op beschikbare gereedschappen, materiaal en timing. Na het uitvoeren van deze testen verzamel je de testgegevens en rapporteur je deze aan lab engineers of proces engineers. Verantwoordelijkheden Omvatten, maar zijn niet beperkt tot: Evalueren van testplannen Verzamelt en bereidt alle vereiste informatie voor zoals normen, sjablonen, materiaalveiligheidsbladen (MSDS) Bereidt en past gereedschappen en apparatuur aan voor de uitvoering van de test. Voert tests uit volgens het verstrekte testplan Voorbereiding van monsters Testen van vergruizing (bv. HPGR, airclassifier, zeef). Proefdraaien van slurrytests Analyse van monsters in het laboratorium Verzamelen van testgegevens en rapporteren van testresultaten Verantwoordelijk voor gereedschapscontrole Doet voorstellen voor ter verbetering van de veiligheid en efficiëntie Nieuwsgierig naar deze rol? Join us at Weir as a Laboratory Employee! As a Laboratory Employee you will be working together with the Lab Engineer to conduct test work for analysis and the mapping out of material and process related data. You will conduct tests according to a pre-agreed test program and matching procedures. You're not afraid to get your hands dirty as you will be working with rough materials. Furthermore you will be reviewing and checking the test plan on available tools, material and timing. After conducting these tests, the test data will be collected and reported to lab engineers or process engineers and specialists. Responsibilities Include but are not limited to: Reviews test plans Collects and prepares all required information like standards, templates, material safety sheets (MSDS) Prepares and adjusts tools and equipment for execution of test Executes tests as per provided test plan Sample preparation Comminution test work (f.e.
