Partner with the best As a Staff Application Operations Engineer - Oracle ERP you will be responsible for managing a team of instance managers and the technical and functional support for multiple businesses on shared Oracle ERP. Candidate will be supporting and leading initiatives in Finance areas (all modules - GL, AP, AR, FA, CM), including the integration with Shared Services tools. As a Staff Application Operations Engineer - Oracle ERP, you will be responsible for: Managing a vendor team of technical experts, interacting directly with other teams for timely resolution of production application issues Working with business / IT leaders and users for prioritization of critical issues and work towards resolution Ensuring conformance to generic ERP Operations support standards / practices Coaching / monitor contingent staff in ERP operations support standards / practices Being responsible for internal IT processes like Change Control Board, patch application testing, coordination and communication for outages etc Conducting performance and Ops reviews for leadership and stakeholders by using and owning established Service Delivery metrics Working with cross PL teams ensuring system availability and minimal planned and unplanned outages Working with IM Risk and Security team and ensure all the SOX and controllership requirements are met including policies, standards, documents and ERP applications are compliant Serving as domain and ERP expert and driving for operational excellence and stabilization of applications and enhancements Partnering with PL and lead mandatory compliance, productivity and business required initiatives going beyond daily operations Collaborating across IM Operations team and work and lead as part of a matrix organization Maintaining effective relationships with peers and vendors to integrate the program into the overall objectives and activities Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Be a Graduate in Computer Science or “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math). A minimum 6 years of professional experience.
