About the Role: As a Business Intelligence Analyst at FLSmidth , you will play a pivotal role in harnessing data and technology to drive critical business decisions, streamline operations, and enhance our customer relationship management processes. Your proficiency in PowerBI, Tacton CPQ, and MS Dynamics CRM will be essential in this role. Responsibilities: Data Visualization and Reporting: Develop and maintain interactive, insightful, and visually appealing reports and dashboards using PowerBI. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs and create custom reports to support their decision-making processes. To understand business requirements in the BI context and design data models to convert raw data to meaningful insights. To create dashboards and visual interactive reports using Power BI To identify KPIs with clear objectives and monitor them consistently. To analyze data and present it through reports that can help in decision-making. To be able to convert business requirements into technical specifications and decide the timeline to accomplish tasks. To design, develop, and deploy Power BI scripts and perform efficient detailed analysis. To create charts and document data with algorithms, parameters, models, and relations explanations. To perform SQL querying for best results. To use filters and graphs for a better understanding of the data. To make technical changes to existing BI systems to enhance their functioning. CPQ Integration: Leverage CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) solutions to optimize pricing, product configuration, and quoting processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate CPQ data into our business intelligence ecosystem. CPQ tool maintenance. MS Dynamics CRM Integration: Integrate data from MS Dynamics CRM into our BI solutions to gain insights into customer interactions, sales processes, and marketing campaigns. Work closely with CRM administrators to ensure data accuracy and consistency. Data Analysis: Utilize statistical analysis and data modelling techniques to identify trends, correlations, and opportunities within the data. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve business performance and customer experiences. Data Quality Assurance: Implement data quality and governance practices to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and security of the data within the BI system. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service, to understand their requirements and provide solutions that enhance their efficiency and effectiveness. Training and Support: Train end-users on how to use PowerBI reports and CPQ functionalities. Provide support and troubleshooting assistance to users encountering issues with BI tools. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven experience in developing reports and dashboards using PowerBI. In-depth knowledge of CPQ solutions, such as Salesforce CPQ or similar. Familiarity with MS Dynamics CRM and experience with data integration. Strong data analysis skills, including proficiency in data modelling and SQL. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. What you bring Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills. Knowledge of data visualization software like Power BI. Basic Knowledge of programming languages like SQL and Python. Facilitation skills to drive data improvement project deployment across geographies. Excellent communication skills. Worked in a multi-cultural / geographical team set up. Education Qualification Bachelor’s degree in mathematics or Engineering from a reputed University. Experience Minimum 8+ years in a data analyst role.
