Key Responsibilities: Conducting product trials and monitoring at Customer place Visiting customer and supervising erection and commissioning of equipment. OE Spares planning and supporting sales in order winning Key Performance Indicators: Service calls management , Customer complaint reduction, Increasing input by supporting OE and AM- Spares and service sales Lean Responsibilities: Exposure to lean principles and 5S desirable · Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture. Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications: BE /Diploma - Mechanical with 12 to 15 years experience in After Market service.
