Role Your primary role is to lead the pre – commissioning, commissioning, and performing PG test activities and handing over to the customer of the following products. Crushing and Feeding (Cone Crusher, Gyratory Crusher, Jaw Crusher, Roller Crusher, Eccentric Roll Crusher, Hammer crusher, Apron Feeder, Belt Feeder, Hopper Feeder, Fuller Circular Motion Screen), Milling Grinding (AG Mill, Ball Mill, Rod Mill, Rotary Scrubber, SAG Mill, HPGR), Pyro (Cooler, Dryers, Burner, Kiln) Separation (Classifier, Column Cells, Reflux Flotation Cell), Sizers, Screens Centrifuges (Decanter, Vibrating Screens, ABON Sizer, Roller Screen, Chain Feeder, Buffalo Sizer, Vibrating Feeder), Thickening Filtration (Thickener, Automatic Filter Press, Disc/Drum Filter, Pneumapress, Clarifier), Pumps, Cyclones and Valves etc. Your responsibilities Preparation of detailed Punch lists for installed equipment’s in terms of Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation and Automation. Preparation of detailed plans for No Load Trials, Group trials with Interlocks, Load trials and Hot Commissioning. Setting up the Prerequisites of Load trials and Post Trial activities. Preparation of Commissioning Protocols and Completion certificates. Coordination with various agencies like Customer/Consultant/Contractor and other stack holders. Preparation of PG Test method statements with contractual DORs and obtaining the acceptance of all stakeholders. Lead and Conduct the PG test successfully. Obtain the Handing over certificate from Customer. Preparation of Commissioning reports and deposit in Report repository. What you bring Hands on experience in preparation of Commissioning planning and operation Schedule. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Project is a must. Sound knowledge in PIDs and interpretations of the same. Sound knowledge in Plant start up, Operation and Maintenance. Sound knowledge in Measuring methods and Process Calculations to balance Heat, Mass, Flow, water, etc. Sound knowledge of MS office and preparation Power point preparation is a must. Willing to travel extensively. Should have the ability to influence and set the trend. Innovative and swift to take decisions. Education Qualification Bachelor’s Engineer degree in from a reputed university, Specializing in Chemical. Experience 12 to 15 years’ experience in Commissioning and operation of Mining/Cement/Chemical Industry equipment.
