The incumbent will provide managerial and administrative support to all Chinese Master-degree programmes, especially the MME programmes, in various administrative and operational matters, as well as optimize the available resources to meet the programmes goals and ensure that all operations are in accordance with the University’s policies and guidelines. Responsibilities: Coordinate and support all teaching activities including planning timetables, corporate visits, seminars and networking sessions, and overseas immersions. Plan and manage admissions, matriculation, orientation programmes, teaching coordination and examination matters. Coordinate and facilitate the opening and closing ceremonies and dinner events. Plan and coordinate students’ industrial visits, seminars and networking activities, as well as the overseas immersion for the MME programmes; Assist with marketing and publicity work for Chinese graduate programmes; Coordinate and support procurements matter, including ITQs for the Chinese graduate programmes (i.e., MME programme with two intakes per calendar year); Build and maintain excellent customer relationships through phone and walk-in enquiries. Support students’ affairs: serve as the graduate students' primary point of contact and and actively engage them on course related matters such as pre-course preparation, assignment, examination, etc. Requirements: Diploma or bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline. Prior relevant work experience in tertiary education institutions, particularly in admission, teaching and examination coordination, will be an added advantage. As the role involves outreach and engagement for Chinese Graduate Programmes, proficiency in both written and oral Chinese and English is essential. Have good analytical and good organizing skills. Able to handle sensitive matters with tact and discretion, while building trust and upholding confidentiality. Self-motivated team player, able to multi-task and work independently with minimal supervision. Meticulous with an eye for details and able to manage stress under tight deadlines. Pleasant, positive, and approachable with good interpersonal skills. Willingness to adopt flexible work hours when necessary.
