The NTU University Advancement Office (UAO) supports the University’s giving mission by fostering meaningful relationships and strategic partnerships with philanthropists, alumni, business community partners, corporations, foundations, and friends that result in goodwill and philanthropy towards education and research that underpin a shared sustainable future. UAO is seeking to hire an advancement professional to work with key stakeholders in NTU and to develop opportunities for it to expand and promote its advancement objectives. The Manager supports the Executive Director and Annual Giving Team in the development fundraising and related programmes. Responsibilities: Grow the donor pool on a sustained basis which include developing sustainable Annual Giving Programme, alongside a core Annual Giving team, to engage and grow a portfolio of potential donors to cultivate relationships and conduct solicitations that would contribute to the gifts to the University. Manage, and monitor agreed programmes/projects, within timeline, goals and budgets for cost-efficiency. Review and enhance existing product plans to sustain success or identify gaps/issues for improvement. Requirements: A team player with integrity, strong strategic capabilities and problem-solving skills in fundraising campaigns and project-management. Superior proficiency in customer relationship management (BBCRM) and is adept in MS Office applications such as MS Word, MS Powerpoint and MS Excel, from which the job holder is able to present cogent analysis and propose innovative action plans benefiting a wider community.
