Client’s customer-focused contact center solutions offer solutions to enhance and execute a seamless conversation between consumers and advocates.We are doing myriad projects across the spectrum of client's CX estate, including the development and implementation of routing/IVR strategies across various lines of business, BOT development/middleware, digital development for omnichannel experience, agent desktop creation and customization for various line of business demands, support the business architecture team, migrations off legacy systems, Digital expansion including LivePerson implementations as well as contact center production control and operations.We are looking for a LUIS Developer to join our team.Responsibilities:LUIS and/or CLU Model Development: Design, develop, and optimize LUIS/CLU language models to understand and interpret user input accurately.Data Preprocessing: Prepare and preprocess training data, including text data, for training LUIS/CLU models.Intent Recognition: Implement intent recognition and entity recognition to extract relevant information from user queries.Model Training and Tuning: Continuously train and fine-tune LUIS and CLU models to improve their accuracy and responsiveness.Integration: Integrate LUIS/CLU models into our chatbot and virtual assistant applications, ensuring seamless and natural interactions.Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional tea
MS, including software developers, data scientists, and UX/UI designers, to deliver cohesive AI-powered solutions.Testing and Validation: Conduct rigorous testing and validation of LUIS and/or CLU models to ensure high-quality performance and handle edge cases effectively.
Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for LUIS/CLU models, APIs, and integration procedures.Stay Informed: Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in NLP and AI technologies to suggest improvements and innovations.
